»How can I apply for a job with Ingram Marine Group (IMG)?

To apply for a position at IMG, you must create a profile and submit an online application through this website.

»How do I create and edit a profile?

Once you have selected a “Search for Openings” or an “Apply Now” button, you will see a “Welcome” page. To create your profile, select the “click here to create a new account” link located in the shaded area, top right. Enter your email address, a password and establish the security questions. If you do not have an email address, free email accounts are available through Google, Hotmail and Yahoo. To edit your profile, login using the email address and password you created. Select “Edit your profile” to make any changes.

»I'm interested in more than one position. Do I need to apply multiple times?

Yes, you will need to apply for each job separately.

»How long will it be until I’m contacted after I’ve submitted an application?

IMG cannot set a timeframe in which an applicant will be contacted, and it might be several weeks before decisions are made on candidates. You will receive a confirmation email after you apply.

»What is the status of my application?

The website makes it easy! Check the status of your application in the “Job Submission Status” of your profile.

»How do I update my application?

You can log in to change or update your information at any time. IMG recruiters will see the most updated version of your application. Log in to your profile to update information concerning name, address, phone number, work history, education and military status.

»I am qualified for the position. Why wasn't I selected?

Applicants may be competing with hundreds of other candidates. The best qualified applicants are invited to proceed to the next step in the process.

»What are the requirements for employment at IMG?

You must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

»What if I cannot remember my password?

If you have previously created a profile, but cannot remember your password, please click on the “Forgot your Password” link. You will then be prompted to provide your login e-mail address in order to recover your password.

»How will I know when new opportunities at IMG become available?

After logging into the application system, select the “Search Agent Manager” in order to create, update or delete saved searches. When creating a new search, you will have the option to select how often you would like to receive search results via e-mail.

»What if I require a reasonable accommodation in submitting my application?

»Do I need to have a TWIC card in order to apply?

We do not require that applicants have an existing TWIC card in order to be considered for employment, only the ability to obtain one (check out www.tsa.gov for requirements). If, after the interview process, an applicant is chosen to join our team, IMG will assist them in obtaining a TWIC card.
